If you are having problems with your set, bring it in for an assessment by one of our skilled techsperts who will offer technical advice & repair your product in store. If the set is still under manufacturers warranty we will repair it FREE of charge.
All you need to do is:
1) Pop in store with your proof of purchase.
2) Either wait or leave your set with us.
3) We will advise you as to the problem and the expected repair time.
4) Pop in store with your proof of purchase.
If we can't repair your set on the same day, all you need to do is simply leave a refundable deposit and take away a set so your viewing is not interrupted. Also don't worry if your product is too big to bring in we can call to home to fulfil the repair at no cost to yourself.
